Ms. Kim Lemmer-Asby
Children's House Lead TeacherMs. Kim holds a Primary (ages 3 - 6 years old) credential from the American Montessori Society and has been a teacher for over 35 years.
She considers Montessori methods especially beneficial because they allow teachers to reach students at their own level and foster independence and confidence in every student.
Miss Pam Woyte
Children's House Assistant TeacherMiss Pam joined LCM in the Children's House and brings over 25 years of experience working with families and children.
She desires to help children reach their potential and guide them toward meaningful growth and believes a Montessori classroom provides the ideal environment for children to learn and grow.
Miss Jessica Schulz
Toddler House Lead TeacherMiss Jessica joined us as the Toddler Room assistant and is now our lead teacher in the Toddler House classroom.
She is passionate about Montessori's philosophy of following children, helping them work independently and respectfully, allowing for the joy of learning and fostering and enhancing each child's natural wonder.
Miss Monica Chaplock
Toddler House Assistant Teacher + Childcare Lead TeacherWe are also happy to welcome Monica Chaplock, who will be assisting in the Toddler House and working in Childcare. Monica brings years of nannying experience, with an emphasis on Montessori philosophies - we are delighted to have her skills and enthusiasm on board.
Miss Devini Dahanayake
LCM AdministratorWe also want to warmly welcome back Devini Dahanayake, who serves as our Administrator. Devini keeps our school running smoothly and ensures we stay organized - her attention to detail and support are invaluable to our team.
